The single-shaft mixer means several plough blades are installed on the only one main shaft. This design can avoid make all area inside be including.

Raw materials in mixer move following the force generated by the continuously blending plough blade, thus to achieve scattering, dispersing and fast mixing.

Single-shaft mixer can mix different kinds of dry mortar. When some special dry mortars need adding additive like fiber ,high speed choppers can be installed inside mixer to scatter and dispense these materials.

A working sampling device is side-mounted on the machine. It can help us easily observe the mixing effect in the mixer. Moreover, side-mounted design can better show the mixing result.

Can engineers be sent to our site for installation and training?

We’ll send experienced engineers to the customer's site to guide equipment installation and debug the equipment. We will also provide installation instructions, layout drawings, assembly drawings, etc.

Are you a factory, a design company, or a trading company?

We are a manufacture factory with our own mechanical and project design engineers. We can provide customized solution design according to customers’ requirement, and full-process services such as early project discussion, scheme design, equipment selection, site planning, equipment layout, transportation and delivery, installation and commissioning.

Can you provide technical and process guidance?

Yes. We have rich experience in mortar production, and we will customize the equipment according to your needs and provide a full range of project guidance. We can reasonably design the layout and site planning according to the size of your workshop, and provide technical support for mortar formulas.

I don't have the formula, can you send me one?

Yes, we have more than 500 customers and they are willing to share the formula.

What about the Minimum Order Quantity?

The MOQ is 1pcs.

What about the warranty time?

12 months after shipment or 2000 working hours.

How long is the production and delivery time?

The general equipment production period is about 20-30 working days. After the equipment production is completed, you can come to our factory in person, send someone to our factory, or ask us to provide photos and videos of the finished product for inspection. The delivery time of different countries is different, about 10-40 days. We will provide photos and videos of equipment loading throughout the delivery process, as well as official customs clearance information.

Can I visit your factory and your customer’s factory?

Yes, you can come by yourself or ask your friend in China to visit our factory or our customer's production factory. Welcome to visit our factory, and we can provide you with the invitation letter required for visa application. We will meet you at the airport or station and offer professional business reception services.

What kind of terms of payment can be accepted?

L/C, T/T could be accepted.
