Description

Ladder type dry mortar production line is an advanced system designed for the efficient and continuous production of dry mortar and characterized by its unique stepped arrangement, which optimizes space utilization and enhances the overall workflow.

1. Raw Material Storage System

● Silos: Multiple silos are used to store different raw materials such as cement, sand, and additives. These silos are equipped with level sensors to monitor material quantities.

● Conveying System: A series of conveyors, including screw conveyors and bucket elevators, transport raw materials from the silos to the mixing unit.

2. Weighing and Batching System

● Weigh Hoppers: Precision weigh hoppers ensure accurate measurement of each raw material according to the specific formulation.

● Control System: An automated control system manages the weighing and batching process, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

3. Mixing System

● Mixer: A high-efficiency mixer thoroughly blends the raw materials to produce homogeneous dry mortar.

● Ladder type Arrangement: The mixers are arranged in a stepped configuration, allowing gravity to assist in the movement of materials between stages, reducing energy consumption.

4. Packaging System

● Packaging Machines: The dry mortar is packaged into bags of various sizes using automated packaging machines. These machines can be adjusted to handle different bag sizes and weights.

● Palletizing System: Packaged bags are then palletized for easy transportation and storage.

5. Dust Collection System

● Dust Collectors: To maintain a clean working environment and comply with environmental regulations, dust collectors are installed at various points to capture and filter out dust particles.

6. Control and Automation

● PLC Control System: The entire production line is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system, which allows for precise control and monitoring of all processes.

● Human-Machine Interface (HMI): An intuitive HMI provides operators with real-time data and control options, facilitating easy operation and troubleshooting.

FAQs

My site is not in an ordinary location. Could you provide a corresponding plan to build a dry mortar production line for me?

Of course, we can provide one-on-one customized services to help you not only realize the site construction but also achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

What sand-making equipment is used in the dry mortar production line?

In the realm of dry mortar production, Zhongqinglin Heavy Industry's VK Sand Making Machine has emerged as a core equipment that commands industry attention, thanks to its distinctive design and exceptional performance.

What kind of sand making machine are you using? Is the crushing effect good?

We use vertical shaft impact crushing equipment, and its crushing effect ensures high-quality particle shape. By allowing materials to break along their natural textures, the produced aggregates are cubic, with low content of needle-like and flake-like particles and uniform gradation, laying a solid foundation for high-quality mortar.

What should I do if the aggregate conveyed by the belt is uneven?

It is necessary to adjust the unloading sequence of aggregates to ensure that sand is unloaded last. This is like planning a reasonable driving route for a road, allowing various aggregates to "travel" on the belt in an orderly manner. Secondly, adjust the unloading time interval of various aggregates according to the distribution of aggregates on the belt to ensure that the materials on the belt are continuously and evenly distributed.

What problems will occur with dry-mix mortar admixtures in high-temperature weather?

Water-retaining components such as cellulose ether and starch ether will absorb moisture in the air and agglomerate when the humidity exceeds 80%. This directly causes the water retention of the mortar to decrease by more than 30%, making it prone to bleeding and delamination during construction, and increasing the risk of surface cracking after hardening by 40%.

What problems will occur with dry-mix mortar raw materials in high-temperature weather?

Cement, lime and other cementitious materials have extremely strong hygroscopicity. In high-humidity environments, their surfaces will quickly absorb moisture to form calcium hydroxide lumps. When caking is severe, lumps with a diameter of over 5mm may block the discharge port of the screw conveyor, causing the measurement deviation of the batching scale to exceed ±2%, and may even cause jamming and damage to the blades of the mixing equipment. If the storage silos for admixtures such as fly ash and slag powder are not tightly sealed, in an environment with a relative humidity >75%, fine particles will agglomerate into spherical particles with a diameter of 1-3 cm due to surface tension. These "pseudo particles" tend to form an "arch bridge" structure at the cone of the silo during the falling process, resulting in material flow interruption. If the initial moisture content of aggregates such as fine sand and quartz sand exceeds 3%, the moisture is difficult to naturally evaporate in a hot and humid environment. When these high-moisture aggregates are mixed with cement, a "pre-hydration" phenomenon may occur: the fluidity of the mortar decreases by 20%-30% when it leaves the mixer, the setting time is shortened by 1-2 hours, and in severe cases, "false setting" occurs, resulting in honeycombing and pitting on the construction surface.
