Working Principle

● Loading: The dry powder mortar is loaded into the buckets at the bottom of the elevator, which can be done manually or through an automated feeding system.

If the initial moisture content of aggregates such as fine sand and quartz sand exceeds 3%, the moisture is difficult to naturally evaporate in a hot and humid environment. When these high-moisture aggregates are mixed with cement, a "pre-hydration" phenomenon may occur: the fluidity of the mortar decreases by 20%-30% when it leaves the mixer, the setting time is shortened by 1-2 hours, and in severe cases, "false setting" occurs, resulting in honeycombing and pitting on the construction surface.
