Among them, the automated control of the batching process in the Zhongqinglin Heavy Industry dry mortar production line is particularly crucial. This process uses a computerised precise batching mode, equipped with material silos, screw conveyors, and batching hoppers. During operation, the screw conveyor transfers materials from each silo to the batching hopper smoothly according to preset parameters. Sensors collect real-time weight data and feed it back to the control system, ensuring accurate proportions of each raw material.
After batching, the materials are transported by the horizontal conveyor of the Zhongqinglin Heavy Industry dry mortar production line into the bucket elevator hopper and then transferred by the elevator to the pre-mixing bin above the mixer. Once the pre-mixing bin door opens via a pneumatic device, the materials quickly enter the mixer for uniform stirring to meet mixing requirements. Subsequently, the mixer bottom door also opens under pneumatic control, allowing the materials to enter the finished product bin for secondary stirring and refinement, and finally, the packaging equipment completes the packaging.
