The sand making machine adopts belt machine feeding, even and smooth feeding, convenient maintenance, equipped with two 500 tons of finished sand silo to store the sand produced by the sand making line respectively, which can be sold out as well as for self-use. Sand making big dust removal is located in the top of the stone powder bin, the collected dust falls directly into the stone powder bin, and is loaded through the bulk discharge head under the stone powder bin, the sand bins are located in the top of the main building with a total of four, using probability sieve to classify the sand, and then enter the four sand bins respectively, the overall footprint is small, the sand enters into the metering weighing through the sliding pipe by using the gravity to save the time of metering, and reduce the energy consumption.
Equipped with four patented structure of admixture storage silo, it solves the problem of dust generated by feeding and eliminates dust spillage. The mixing host is equipped with the company's own property rights research and development design of six-party mixing host, the hourly output of ordinary mortar can reach 120 tons, the mixing host is equipped with fly cutter device, which can produce special mortar.
