Its core advantages stem from two parallel and counter-rotating mixing shafts, with staggered blades and scrapers arranged on the shafts to form complex material movement trajectories. Materials are repeatedly lifted, sheared, and folded back between the two shafts, creating a three-dimensional movement state of "up-and-down tumbling + radial mixing", which fundamentally solves the problem of "dead zone accumulation" in traditional single-shaft mixing.
The mixing blades maintain a precise gap of 5-10mm with the inner wall of the machine shell. When rotating at high speed, they generate strong shearing force, which can effectively break up agglomerated materials. The specially designed spiral angle promotes the uniform axial diffusion of materials, ensuring that trace additives such as cellulose ether and air-entraining agent are fully integrated into the entire material system. Whether it is aggregates like 0.1-0.5mm fine sand and 1-5mm quartz sand, powder materials such as cement and fly ash, or even paste-like materials containing liquid additives, stable mixing can be achieved by adjusting the rotation speed and blade angle, eliminating segregation and stratification.
The equipment adopts quenched and tempered steel mixing shafts and high manganese steel blades, matched with heavy-duty bearings and seals, resulting in a service life of over 10,000 hours, which is more than 30% longer than ordinary equipment. The variable frequency motor realizes power adjustment on demand, reducing no-load energy consumption by 20%. The hydraulically opening machine shell shortens daily maintenance time to within 30 minutes. Equipped with torque and temperature sensors, it can monitor and automatically adjust parameters in real-time. Combined with the batch data traceability function, it provides a solid guarantee for precise production and quality control.
