Equipped with double horizontal stirring shafts, each shaft is fitted with multiple stirring blades. The two groups of blades move relatively through the shaft body, achieving faster and more uniform mixing. With a streamlined design, the stirring arms have an increased contact area with materials. The blades on the two shafts work in a convection state, effectively forming the mixing mechanism of particle shearing, diffusion, and convection. The gravity-free stirring of the double shafts prevents material segregation, greatly improving mixing efficiency. Ordinary mortar can be uniformly mixed within 30 seconds, with a uniformity rate of over 90%.
Compared with traditional single-shaft mixers, the double shaft mixer features optimized power configuration, reducing energy consumption by 10%-15%. Its modular design facilitates the replacement of blades and liners, lowering maintenance costs.
Suitable for ordinary mortars (masonry, plastering, floor mortar) and special mortars (waterproof, thermal insulation, self-leveling, putty, etc.).
